Hello, my name is Suseri.

Born and raised in Japan, I’ve called Melbourne home since 2007. After a decade of experience in the cleaning industry, I founded Mindful Nest Co. in 2023 with a simple belief: cleaning can be more than a task — it can be an act of care.

Inspired by my Japanese roots and spiritual background in Shinto, I believe the spaces around us can influence how we feel. A thoughtfully cared-for space can bring a sense of calm, harmony and ease to everyday life.

Through Mindful Nest Co., I hope to bring the high service standards of Japan to Melbourne, with punctuality, politeness and thoughtful attention to detail.

Michelle and I first met around 2016, and over the past decade, we’ve built a wonderful working relationship and an amazing team. As our North Team Leader, Michelle brings experience, care and a strong understanding of the thoughtful service we want Mindful Nest to be known for.

Working together for so many years has helped us develop a shared approach to cleaning — one that values consistency, attention to detail and genuine respect for every client and space. I’m grateful to have Michelle leading our northern team and helping bring the Mindful Nest philosophy to life every day.
